Scott joined Gallant & Ervin in 2009. Prior to joining Gallant & Ervin, Scott was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joel B. Rosenthal of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts where he assisted Judge Rosenthal in drafting several decisions. During law school, Scott worked for a small firm in Boston that specialized in real estate and employment law. At Gallant & Ervin, Scott focuses on litigation and also provides representation to consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Scott is a magna cum laude graduate of the New England School of Law where he was a technical editor of the New England Law Review and authored Commonwealth v. King’s First Complaint Doctrine: The Voice of Injustice May Speak Loudly When Rape Victims are Silenced, 42 New. Eng. L. Rev. 631. Scott received a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maine.
