Caron, Kristy

André Carman is a partner at Warnock, Mackinlay, & Carman in the business and tax law department. He has been practicing tax, business, and real estate law, as well as related litigation since 2003. In addition to practicing in those areas, André has used his knowledge of tax law to assist clients with their estate and trust planning needs.

As a result of the economic conditions and troubles clients were facing, André began practicing bankruptcy law recently. He has combined his past experience representing creditors in bankruptcy cases and in-depth study and seminar participation to quickly get up to speed so he can now represent individual and business debtors. André is one of the few lawyers representing businesses in chapter 11 bankruptcies outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area. André works closely with his senior partner, Kent MacKinlay, who has been practicing bankruptcy law for thirty years to ensure clients receive the best possible representation.

André is admitted to State and Federal Court in Arizona as well as the United States Tax Court and Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Yavapai County Bar Association and is active in several committees within those organizations.

André was born in London, England but was raised in Lompoc, California and Safford, Arizona. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University (B.S. 1998); Arizona State University (Juris Doctor 2001); and the University of Washington (LL.M.-Taxation 2003). He was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in January 2003. André is married with four children. He enjoys traveling and camping with his family, coaching track and field (hurdles) at the local high school, and sports recreationally.
