Greg joined the Firm in 2005, and he has a broad-based corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Greg represents buyers, sellers, private equity funds and financial advisors in public and private M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalizations. Greg represents issuers and investors in public and private securities transactions, including public offerings, and venture capital financings. Prior to joining the Firm, Greg served as General Counsel for Promethean Investment Group, a New York based hedge fund and prior to that he was associated with Morrison & Foerster LLP. Greg received his Bachelor of Science. degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1992 and his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995. Greg is an active member of both the California and New York bars.
