For many years as a prosecutor in Hudson County, New Jersey and thereafter as a criminal defense Attorney, I developed litigation experience which has proven invaluable in all subsequent areas of practice I have engaged in.  My practice is exclusively devoted to all areas of disability: Social Security before the Social Security Administration, private individual policies with insurance carriers and Erisa matters involving Long Term Disability Benefits in the United States Federal Courts.
