Cantor, Alan L.

Sue Campbell, a 20 year resident of Santa Clara County, has been practicing in the areas of employee benefit law, ERISA litigation and estate planning for more than 25 years. She is a graduate of Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University and received her J.D. from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Ms. Campbell is a member of the Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Sections of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Ms. Campbell's objective is to provide a counseling based practice producing comprehensive estate plans to individuals. She has a particular interest in incorporating retirement plans into the client's estate plan, and in planning for the disabled through special needs trusts. Planning includes living trusts, as well as more complicated estate planning techniques such as life insurance trusts and charitable remainder trusts.
