Richard Campbell practices patent law in both the areas of prosecution and litigation. Richard has drafted pleadings, initial discovery requests and responses, and research memoranda for trademark and patent matters. These matters have included noninfringement and invalidity work in telecommunications technology and wireless standards. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Richard was a software engineer developing products for wireless devices.
