Bruce Campbell, a partner in the firm's Seattle office, has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of aviation, toxic tort, and product liability litigation.
He is the national counsel for a manufacturer of ejection seats used in military aircraft, and has represented an aircraft manufacturer in U.S. and foreign litigation arising out of aircraft accidents. He represented an aircraft manufacturer in Indian Court of Inquiry proceedings arising out of aviation accidents in New Delhi (1994, 1995 and 1996) and Aurangabad (1993). He has supervised the defense of companies in national and local asbestos litigation.
Bruce is a speaker at product liability programs for aviation and other product manufacturers.
