Campbell, J. Russ

Patricia Campbell's practice focuses on patent prosecution in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

Patricia's experience includes preparation and/or prosecution of foreign and domestic patent applications directed to technologies such as small molecule therapeutics, methods of prevention or treatment of disease, and biofuels.

Prior to practicing law, Patricia was a tenured associate professor in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Washington, where she served as principal investigator on research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Defense. Her research programs included structure-based design of a glycopeptide breast cancer vaccine and structural and kinetic studies probing the molecular mechanisms of cytochrome P450 allostery.
