Lynnette J. Callender built these qualities having attended Sarah Lawrence College in Westchester County, N.Y., where she earned her B.A. degree. Thereafter, while attending Howard University School of Law, in Washington, D.C., Lynnette Callender earned an Appointment as a Law Clerk in the Division of Administrative Law Judges from the Executive Branch of the United States Federal Government. Among her various duties as a Law Clerk, she served as the Associate Editor of the National Labor Relations Board Administrative Procedure Manual.
Just prior to graduation from Law School, Lynnette Callender's technical skills allowed her to complete a dossier on the U.S. Federal Tax Bill, ultimately signed into law, while on assignment to the House Ways and Means Committee as a Congressional Legislative Assistant.
Prior to making a home with her Family in Palm Coast, Lynnette practiced law in the New York, New Jersey and the Pennsylvania Metropolitan region. During her extensive career, she served as a Local Affiliate Attorney in the Florida Council Against Domestic Violence - Family Life Center Safe House. Also, Lynnette Callender had been appointed for several terms to Daytona Community College, as a Member of the Board of Trustees, [Daytona State College].
In addition to protecting her clients throughout either our Circuit Courts or in her office, Ms. Callender rules on Consumer disputes as an Arbitrator in the Office of Attorney General.
