Thomas J. Caldwell is a partner in the law firm of Caldwell, Helder, Helms & Robison, PA. He joined the firm in 1971 and since that then has been engaged in the general practice of civil law, including residential and commercial real estate matters, estate planning and administration, business related matters and civil litigation. In recent years, his practice has been primarily business transactions and representing sellers and buyers of real estate for residential and commercial development.

Tom is a native of Matthews, NC and resides in Monroe with his wife, Janet.
