Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento 1989, and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota in 1992. While at USD, Keith was a published author in the South Dakota Law Review.
After graduation, Keith worked as an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration and for a number of insurance defense firms in the Sacramento area.
From 1997-2001, Keith worked in Micronesia, first as a judicial clerk and then later as an assistant attorney general in the criminal division of the CNMI Attorney General’s office.
In 2003, Keith established a solo civil trial practice focusing on personal injury, insurance claims and civil rights.
In May 2009, Keith and Mark Gallagher merged and formed the Cable Gallagher law firm.
Keith is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, including the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
Keith’s practice areas include personal injury, insurance, civil rights, construction defect and class actions.
