Frank joined the Mark Law Firm in June 2012 as of Counsel. Frank’s primary practice area for the past 13 years has been Labor & Employment Law, with a focus on Workplace Discrimination and Wrongful Termination litigation. In addition to employment matters, Frank now focuses on Education Law, including Special Education, Bullying and Student’s Rights.
Frank received a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Geology and Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1993. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University, Newark, NJ in 1998. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Frank served on the Roseland Board of Education from 2006 to 2010, and as Board President during the 2009-2010 school year. Frank currently serves as Chairman and commissioner on the Borough of Roseland Environmental Commission (since 2005) and as Vice President and trustee of the Camp Wyanokie Commission – a multi-town commission that manages 150 acre preserve and recreational area located in West Milford, NJ. In addition, he is a trustee and co-founder of two non-profits: Sustainable Roseland, a NJ Nonprofit Corp., and the Roseland Education Association, a NJ Nonprofit Corp. In 2011, Frank served as volunteer counsel to the Board of Trustees of Camp Johnsonburg, a Presbyterian Camp and Retreat Center located in northwest New Jersey.
