Butts, John J.

Charlene A. Busch graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cal State University at San Jose. Ms. Busch obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1986 from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California and was twice awarded the American Jurisprudence Award. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Busch's legal experience concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation, financial institutions and secured transactions. Currently, Ms. Busch focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation and secured transactions.
