Martin A. Burzynski, esq. graduated from Bowdoin College (Cum Laude) in 1987 and the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. As an assistant district attorney, he handled thousands of cases in the 8th and 12th Judicial Circuits, comprising Alachua, Baker, Levy, Gilchrist, Sarasota, Manatee, and Desoto Counties.
After leaving the Office of the State Attorney, Mr. Burzynski opened his private practice dedicated to defending and preserving the rights of individuals charged with criminal acts. The early success of this firm was based upon the contacts and knowledge gained as a prosecutor.
Mr. Burzynski has successfully defended several thousand felony and misdemeanor cases throughout the state of Florida ranging from criminal traffic offenses (DUI, DUI manslaughter), property crimes (theft, burglary, white collar crime), drug offenses (manufacture, sale, possession, cultivation, trafficking) to person crimes (aggravated battery, manslaughter, sexual battery, internet child pornography and domestic violence).
