G. TODD BURWELL is a native of
Indianola, Mississippi
. Mr. Burwell received his Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Mississippi
in 1988 with majors in both English and Political Science. Mr. Burwell received his Juris Doctorate from the
University of Mississippi
in 1990. Mr. Burwell has extensive experience in the field of litigation. The primary areas of his practice are commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, professional negligence litigation, real estate litigation, ERISA litigation and personal injury litigation. Mr. Burwell also dedicates much of his practice to general business matters including corporate and limited liability company formation; contract drafting, review and negotiation; and commercial loan closings. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association and attended the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy. Mr. Burwell is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State Courts, United States District Court, Northern District of Mississippi, United States District Court, Southern District of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
