Mr. Busichio's expertise in criminal law has been recognized by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He has been a guest lecturer at seminars focusing on criminal law procedure. He has an enormous amount of jury trial experience in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to, kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, homicide, carjacking, armed robbery, drug distribution and weapons offenses. He has appeared in Superior Court for the NJ counties of Union, Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Morris, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Warren, Sussex, Camden, Burlington, Passaic, Hunterdon, Somerset, Atlantic, and Mercer.
