Tim Burns's practice is concentrated in the realm of Social Security Disability Law.
Tim graduated from Hanover College (B.A. 1991) with a major in History. That summer he began working for the Indiana Department of Disability Determination processing Social Security claims. After more than a decade of processing claims, Tim left the agency and soon after entered law school at Indiana University Law - Indianapolis (J.D. 2009).
His professional affiliations include the Indianapolis Bar Association; State Bar of Indiana; Federal Bar Association of Indiana; and the National Association of Social Security Representatives.
Outside of work, his main interests are helping raise his three children, the Cincinnati Reds, and learning about history and politics.
