Keith's practice focuses on private and public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general company representation. Keith has represented several underwriters and companies in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, high-yield debt, and bridge financings. He also has represented several private equity firms in private M&A acquisitions in the oil, manufacturing, satellite, and consumer products industries. Keith's pro bono work has included assisting several nonprofits in obtaining their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service.
