In commercial litigation, John has experience in the investigation and litigation of breach of fiduciary duty, contract interpretation and enforcement, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, piercing the corporate veil, successor liability, unjust enrichment, tortuous interference with contract, fraud, and fraudulent transfer claims under both federal and state law. He has a wide range of commercial litigation experience in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate court levels.

John's commercial litigation representations include prosecuting breach of fiduciary duty and fraudulent transfer claims on behalf of corporations and enforcing contracts and breach of contract claims.

John's was recently lead counsel in a case in which he represented the defendant in a breach of contract action wherein he won on a motion for judgment on the pleadings and successfully obtained a judgment of approximately $850,000, which included all requested damage and all attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with the action.

John has extensive experience litigating, negotiating, and settling breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty fraudulent transfer claims on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs.

John has favorably settled numerous litigation matters for his clients, which have each garnered millions of dollars for his clients.

Recently, John successfully intervened in a court action wherein he persuaded the Court to interpret a court ordered asset freeze to exclude a client's interest in shares of stock worth millions of dollars, which was being held wrongfully by a non-party entity.
