Burns, J. Franklin

Jason Burnette's practice focuses on state and federal appellate litigation and complex trial litigation. While serving as a judicial clerk, he gained experience in a wide array of substantive legal areas. He has worked on dozens of motions and appeals in state and federal courts on a variety of subject matters such as securities law, products liability, federal appellate jurisdiction, and personal jurisdiction.
