Tim Burkard is a partner in the firm's Transactional Group and Financial Institutions Group and is the chair of the firm's Franchise Group. Mr. Burkard has extensive experience representing business entities in all legal aspects, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, real estate matters, new business formations, buy-sell agreements, and franchise matters. Mr. Burkard's practice also involves the representation of financial institutions in a wide range of commercial and consumer creditors' rights matters. Mr. Burkard has served as a director and general counsel to many non-profit corporations.
