James D. Burger is an associate in the litigation department of White and Williams, LLP.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Mr. Burger served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marc M. Baldwin of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. He has also worked as a summer associate with law firms in Philadelphia and New Jersey.
Previously, Mr. Burger worked in Boston, Massachusetts as a Pricing Analyst for State Street Corporation in their Mutual Fund Department.
Mr. Burger received a J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2007. While at Rutgers, he received First-Year Honors and was a Dean's List member. He was also the Business and Marketing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion.
Mr. Burger graduated from Providence College with a B.S. degree in Business Management and a minor in Studio Art in 2001.
Mr. Burger is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
