Admitted to practice of law in Virginia, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, 1983, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit. Mr. Burgess handles all aspects of representing clients who have been injured, and the estates of their family members who have been killed, in motor vehicle and other accidents or during the course of their employment. His practice includes all aspects of litigation involving insurance companies on behalf of clients who have potential claims for personal injury and wrongful death.
