Burgoon, Stephen S.

Erica focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate counseling. Her business and corporate experience includes advising on asset and stock purchases, private equity transactions, joint ventures, entity formations and dissolutions, corporate governance issues, and a variety of other transactional agreements.

Erica is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
