Mr. Bulfer was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, specializing in Public Law, from the University of California at San Diego in 2007. From there, Mr. Bulfer attended California Western School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and International Law Journal, served on the Executive Board of the California Western International Law Journal, and earned American Jurisprudence awards in several courses--including Trial Practice, Federal Courts, and Complex Litigation. Mr. Bulfer graduated magna cum laude from California Western in 2011, and is published alongside twelve experts in conflict of laws and constitutional law in the Fall 2010 edition of the California Western International Law Journal.
During his final year of law school, Mr. Bulfer served as a law clerk with California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, focusing primarily on elder abuse, fraud, and unfair competition law. After his admission to the California bar in 2011, Mr. Bulfer litigated employment class actions and unfair competition cases in San Diego, California, before joining Mower & Carreon in 2012. Mr. Bulfer is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Southern California, and practices primarily in the areas of consumer class actions, unfair competition, employment-related claims, constitutional torts, and civil rights litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
