Randy represents numerous individuals, families and businesses providing assistance and advice regarding the choice of business entity and formation, and has extensive experience in forming, organizing and operating corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Randy provides general business representation in business and commercial law areas including contract preparation, employment and personnel law, acquisitions, sales and intellectual property.

Randy has considerable experience in the acquisition, sale, development and leasing of commercial and agricultural real property, together with related zoning, easement and water right issues.

Randy assists many individuals and families in developing and maintaining estate plans to provide for prompt and orderly property transfers with minimal costs and delays while maintaining privacy. He has extensive experience in drafting wills, living wills, durable powers and a wide array of revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, utilizing the marital deduction, credit exemption and other techniques to avoid or minimize estate and gift taxes.

Randy also represents several canal companies, water delivery organizations, water user associations and family farms in water right matters and appears frequently before the Idaho Department of Water Resources.

Randy represents clients in electric rate matters, appearing frequently before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
