Mr. Buckwalter practices in the litigation department, concentrating in general liability and employment law. His litigation experience spans several areas of law, including various first and third party insurance claims, employment discrimination, contract disputes and products liability. In addition, he advises employers and human resources professionals towards compliance with various state and federal employment statutes and regulations. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
