Dale Buck practices primarily in the area of civil litigation and personal injury. Mr. Buck has managed the litigation of a broad variety of tort and contract claims, including medical malpractice, professional liability, wrongful death and extra-contractual “bad faith” claims.
He has over 20 years of legal experience, including extensive litigation, trial, and appellate work.
Mr. Buck is a founding member of Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Panhandle, is a former member of the Board of Directors of Naylor Library, and served as a council member of the Town of Hedgesville, West Virginia. Mr. Buck served as Adjunct Professor in the Shepherd Community College from 1995 to 1999.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Buck spent several years serving as an emergency medical technician where he developed an extensive knowledge of the medical practice.
Mr. Buck graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 1985 with a B.A. degree in International Studies. He received his law degree from West Virginia University in 1988, where he was the president of the International Law Society and member of the Jessup Cup Moot Court.
He is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
