ANDREW BUCK is a Partner in the Birmingham office. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in connection with various transactional and compliance matters, including equity and debt financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with federal and state securities, healthcare and government contracting regulations.
