Nathan is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is a member of the Business Law Section and practices principally in the areas of:

• Business and corporate transactions
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Business formation and planning
• Securities

Prior to joining Briggs in 2007, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and South Dakota.

Born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Nathan received a B.S. in business economics from South Dakota State University and a M.B.A. from the University of South Dakota. He obtained his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law, where he was a Sterling Honor graduate and served as an editor for the South Dakota Law Review.
