Paul Bucco is a founding partner of Davis, Bucco & Ardizzi. With over twenty years of experience as a civil lawyer, Paul has focused his expertise in construction and general commercial litigation. He has represented all construction industry participants including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, architects, engineers and sureties. In particular, Paul has effectively represented his clients in: the resolution of construction disputes and claims; developing and negotiating contracts; zoning and planning, environmental and local municipal board appearances; the facilitation of land development projects, including multi-lot residential communities and commercial projects; and all other general business related issues.

Paul's unique legal perspective, derived from owning and operating a business prior to his career, instinctively influences his client interactions. He relates to the individuals he represents, recognizing that their construction hurdles present significant business issues. Based on this knowledge, Paul handles every case in a practical manner emphasizing cost-effective results while maintaining the highest caliber professional representation.

Paul has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases to verdict. He is admitted to practice before both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Paul has served as a Master in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County and solicitor to the Office of Housing and Community Development of Delaware County. Having arbitrated both single-arbitrator and panel arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association and successfully mediating numerous construction related disputes, Paul has the depth of experience to bring his client's issues to the best possible resolution.

Paul is the solicitor to the Pennsylvania Concrete Masonry Association and the Resilient Floor Covering Institute. In addition, he is an active member in the General Building Contractor's Association, the Delaware Valley Masonry Institute, the Associated Builders and Contractors Southeast PA Chapter and the Eastern Building Dealers Association.

Paul attended Temple University and Widener University School of Law. Originally from Delaware County, he currently resides in Radnor, PA with his wife Kimberly and daughter Abby. Paul is committed to philanthropic activities, he serves on the board of directors of St. Mary’s Villa, a faith-based orphanage in Ambler, PA.
