Sam Bull is a Member at Foster Pepper whose practice is focused on intellectual property litigation (trade secrets, copyright, and trademark), unfair competition litigation, pension fund litigation, securities litigation, antitrust litigation, and class action defense. As part of this practice he regularly represents clients requesting emergency injunctive relief or defending against requests for such relief. Sam also advises clients and attorneys involved with requests for injunctive relief in other areas of law, including employment cases, breach of contract disputes, and threat-to-kill cases (generally as a liaison for the client business with county prosecutor offices).
