Mr. Brunger's practice has focused primarily in real estate and corporate transactional matters, including acquisitions, financing, development, commercial leasing, construction, land use, entitlements, local government operations, government relations, entity formation and partnership/membership agreements.
His experience includes a wide array of transactions, from small local government contracts to multimillion dollar construction and development agreements. He has also worked with companies large and small to develop custom government relations strategies which maximize their access to government programs and afford a substantial voice in public policy matters.
Most recently, Mr. Brunger has worked on the construction of a $40 million addition to a major municipal water treatment plant, and was the primary attorney on a 200,000 square foot build-to-suit office complex. He has also worked on complex title disputes, right of way acquisitions and various infrastructure transactions.
Mr. Brunger is a third-generation Denver native and enjoys all things outdoors.
