Joe Buckles is a lifelong resident of Lexington, Kentucky. He attended Henry Clay High School and received his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Kentucky. Joe is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and all District and Circuit Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
