He received his undergraduate degree, in accounting, from Brigham Young University (1974) and holds a J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee (1979), where he won the American Jurisprudence Award. Mr. Bryce is a certified public accountant (Arizona 1977). He frequently presents seminars for clients, attorneys, CPA’S and other professionals on estate planning and asset protection. He is a co-author of two books related to estate and business planning—GENERATIONS- planning your legacy, and STRICTLY BUSINESS- planning strategies for the small business owner. Phil also is the author of SOPHISTICATED ESTATE PLANNING STRATEGIES FOR THE ADVANCED PRACTITIONER IN TENNESSEE. Phil is a member of the American Bar Association and its Real Property, Probate, and Trust section. He is a member of the Tennessee State Bar Association, the Knoxville Estate Planning Council. Phil is one of the founding members of WealthCounsel and WealthCounsel Advisors Forum. He is admitted to practice before numerous Courts, including the United States Tax Court.
