Bruning, Anthony S.

Jacqlyn F. Bryant was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude with Distinction from Largo High School. As a Pinellas County Doorways Scholarship recipient, Jacqlyn was fortunate enough to attend college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Jacqlyn went on to obtain her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Jacqlyn knew she wanted to become a trial lawyer at a very young age; after studying theater and dance at Pinellas County performing arts schools, she knew that she would one day use her learned stage presence and poise to become an effective advocate in the courtroom. Jacqlyn has strong ties to the community through her parents who have worked for the County for many years, and her grandmother who has owned several small businesses in south St. Petersburg.

While in law school, Jacqlyn received an award in trial advocacy for Best Advocate in a Preliminary Round in the American Association for Justice, Civil Trial Competition. Jacqlyn also received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, Who's Who Among American Colleges & Universities, The Book Award (Highest Grade) in Race & the Law Seminar, and The National Association for Women Lawyers, Outstanding Law Student Award. Jacqlyn also spent time volunteering to assist clients who often could not afford legal representation in pro bono legal aid offices, and community law programs.

Prior to joining Perenich, Caulfield, Avril, & Noyes, P.A., Jacqlyn worked as a law clerk for a major insurance company where she gained tremendous insight on how defense attorneys evaluate personal injury claims which now allows her to aggressively represent her clients. Having close family members who struggle with disabilities and chronic pain, Jacqlyn is able to closely sympathize with her clients who struggle with injuries through no fault of their own.

Jacqlyn focuses her practice on personal injury law, including workers compensation.
