Brown, William "Bill" John Joseph

Amy Bruchs is a partner working primarily in the employment, labor and litigation areas, with emphasis in employment and labor litigation. Ms. Bruchs advises and assists employers with both unionized and non-unionized work forces with the day-to-day issues that arise from managing employees. She also has extensive experience handling grievance arbitrations and litigation involving discrimination, breach of contract, non-competition agreements, workers' compensation, wage and hour issues, insurance coverage disputes, unfair labor practice issues and various other employment and business-related issues.

Ms. Bruchs began her practice with the firm in 1993. Since that time, Ms. Bruchs has been active in numerous presentations and seminars involving employment-related issues, including workers' compensation, discrimination, and preventing sexual harassment.
