Loren Brown is a shareholder with Donelson Ciancio & Grant, P.C., and a leading member of the Criminal and Probate Litigation Teams. Loren started his career as a law clerk with the firm while in law school in 2001, and remained with the firm after becoming a licensed attorney in 2003. His practice is focused 100% on litigation, providing representation along the front range, and throughout the State of Colorado, including practice in the areas of Criminal Defense in cases ranging from traffic violations to homicide, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Probate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Loren also handles matters related to liquor licensing, including new licenses and defense of clients related to liquor license violations.
Loren received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999, with a B. A. in History. While at University of Colorado, Loren was a member of the Track and Field Team High Jump and 400 meter Hurdles, and selected to the Big XII Commissioner's Honor Roll, 1997 and 1998.
After graduating from University of Colorado, Loren attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. While at DU Law, Loren was the President of the student chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), and was also a member of the Moot Court Board for two years. Loren was also on University of Denver's ATLA trial team, which advanced to the regional semi-finals in 2002, and in 2003, won Regional and National Championships.
Loren was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 2003, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Colorado.
