Brown is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Law. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1991 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court. His areas of practice in include personal injury, toxic tort and benzene and other chemical exposure claims; environmental contamination, Leukemia and other refinery-related cancer claims; products liability; oil, gas and pipeline tort;18-wheeler truck-accident claims; and consumer law.
A member of the State Bar of Texas, Brown also is a member of the Port Arthur and Jefferson County Bar Associations. He is a member of the Southeast Texas Trial Lawyers and Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Brown graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Lamar University and from the Baylor University School of Law in Waco.
