Joseph is a Troup County native who joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2010. Joseph received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2007. He then attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law school, graduating in May, 2010. While attending law school, Joseph served as a summer clerk for the firm, giving him a front row seat to the demands of the legal field and the challenges of the courtroom.
Since joining Smith, Wallis and Scott, LLP, Joseph has represented clients in Georgia's Superior and State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Joseph is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Claimants Law Section, the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association, and the American Bar Association.
Joseph and his wife, Katherine, reside in Carrollton, and enjoy spending time with friends, family, and their dog, Bo.
