Practice is primarily in employment litigation matters. Experience also includes general and business litigation, both in federal and state courts, representing clients in areas of employment law, civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, personal injury and family law. Board certified in labor and employment law.
EXPERIENCE
Numerous first chair jury trials in both federal and state courts, including sex, age, and race discrimination; ADA; ADEA; state law tort claims; and claims of wrongful discharge for filing worker's compensation claims, as well as bench trials
Advise corporate clients on employment issues, including management training
Negotiate and draft employment contracts
Review and draft severance agreements
Review and draft company policy handbooks
Respond to EEOC claims and claims for unemployment benefits
