Brown, Lindsey F.

Arthur is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is a member of the Business Litigation Section.

He is admitted to practice before Minnesota state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Born in Fort Polk, Louisiana, Arthur received his B.A. in political science from Winthrop University with honors and a Master’s in Public Administration from Cornell University. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Arthur joined Briggs in 2007.
