LESLIE C. BROWN, born in Rapid City, South Dakota, July 4, 1963, admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1989. Education: University of Texas at Austin (B.A. in Geology, 1986); St. Mary’s University School of Law (J.D., 1989). Adjunct Professor, Environmental Law, St. Mary’s University School of Law (2008 – present); Member: Texas State Bar Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section (Executive Committee 2002 – 2005); San Antonio Bar Association Environmental Law Section (Vice-Chair 2005 – 2007, Chair 2007 – 2010); Greenspaces Alliance of South Texas Board Member (2009 – present).

Ms. Brown practices Environmental Law across the United States focusing on Comprehensive Environmental, Response, Compensation and Liability Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Subtitle C& D issues. She has represented clients before the Environmental Protection Agency and several state environmental agencies including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Ms. Brown has been a speaker on various restoration issues affecting private and governmental agencies.
