Attorney Robert Brown's civil trial experience spans more than four decades. He has successfully tried over 100 jury trials in a wide range of areas, including breach of contract, fraud, patent disputes, real estate disputes, personal injuries and toxic exposure including asbestos. In addition to extensive experience in litigation, Mr. Brown also has substantial mediation experience. Currently, Robert Brown is partially retired and he devotes most of his practice to helping people achieve a positive resolution through mediation. He is also on the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) panel by which the Contra Costa superior court assigns to him cases to mediate. The court also assigns him to act as a settlement mentor and as such works with the parties to help them solve their issues on the first day of trial.
