Attorney and Managing Partner Robert L. Brown received his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and District of Columbia. He is also accepted to practice before the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Federal Court for the District of Columbia and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. As Managing Partner, Robert overseas all of the firm's practice areas, including employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, removal defense and compliance work. Spanning five decades of experience in the immigration field, including over twenty-five years of employment with the former Immigration and Naturalization Service ("INS"), Robert's background embodies our mission statement of having "Confidence in Experience."
Robert graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. During his experience with the INS, Robert held varying leadership positions, including Deputy Chief of Investigations, Cleveland Deputy District Director and Acting Regional Commissioner. He also served as Chair of the Immigration Director's Association. His served under Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton.
