Jack D. Brown is a member of The Traynor Society, Scholastic Honor Organization of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and graduated in the top five percent of his class in 1975.
Mr. Brown started his practice in 1976 in Marysville, California. At that time, he handled general trial work, but was primarily involved in business formation, transactional work, estate planning and probate.
Thereafter, Mr. Brown continued to handle a significant amount of general trial work, but continued to emphasize business formation, transactional matters, estate planning and probate, and developed a substantial living trust practice.
Mr. Brown merged with another firm in Sacramento, California and de-emphasized the business litigation aspects of his practice and placed greater emphasis on business matters, estate planning, probate, living trusts and trust administration.
Early in 2002, Mr. Brown established his practice in the Murrieta-Temecula area.
