Fiona Brophy, an of counsel in the firm's Business practice, focuses her practice on corporate formation and seed financing, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work. She has represented private companies in more than 50 private equity financing transactions and has represented clients in numerous merger and acquisitions. She has advised clients on entity formation and restructuring transactions and debt financing transactions ranging in size from several million dollars to several hundred million dollars. Representative clients include AdSpace Networks, Inc., CAI, Inc., Mobius Microsystems, Inc., Red Swoosh, Inc., UXComm, Inc., and ZDK Interactive, Inc.
She provides pro bono services with several non-profit organizations, including Girls United and Family Paths.
