Dan D. Brock, Jr. was born in Lexington, Kentucky in 1940. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1967. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina in 1963 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1967. Mr. Brock was an assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the 22nd Judicial District from 1970 to 1971, and is an associate member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. Mr. Brock is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association.
