Jeffrey Bretoi was born and raised in Whittier. He is married with 3 children. He has been a licensed attorney in California since 1988. After 10 years with a top Los Angeles litigation firm, in 1998, the Bretoi Law Firm opened in Whittier.

Mr. Bretoi has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Whittier Judicial District. He has acted as an arbitrator, mediator, and settlement officer for the Superior Court. He is an active member in the Southeast Bar (Norwalk), Whittier Bar and the Whittier Chamber of Commerce.
