For the past twenty-five years, Joe Brettschneider has run a boutique law firm, devoting himself to the needs of each client in all areas of matrimonial and family law. He is also a trained mediator. In 2003, Mr. Brettschneider was selected as a member of his prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. His philosophy is to work closely with each client, to attain his/her goals in the most effective and least costly manner possible. While it is ideal to amicably resolve a case, there are times litigation is necessary in order to achieve the desired results.
